Job summary

My Community Services is seeking a Disability Operations Leader based in Campbelltown, NSW, delivering high-quality services and overseeing daily operations across our disability programs.

You will lead a team of support workers, coordinate client services, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in outcomes and service delivery. Experience with SIL/SDA homes and stakeholder liaison is valued.
