Job summary

My Community Services is seeking a Disability Operations Leader based in Campbelltown, NSW, delivering high-quality services and overseeing daily operations across our disability programs.

You will lead a team of support workers, coordinate client services, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in outcomes and service delivery. Experience with SIL/SDA homes and stakeholder liaison is valued.

Job description

This is a full-time opportunity based in Campbelltown NSW 2560. As the Disability Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our disability services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of disability support workers to deliver high-quality services to our clients
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of client services. Rostering when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes
• Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and services
• Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the organisation
• Manage our SIL/SDA Homes and establish new homes. Creating and implementing ROC's

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience in a similar disability operations management role
• In-depth knowledge of the disability services sector and relevant regulations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. health, social services) or equivalent experience
• Aged Care Experience but not essential
