Qualifications
- Degree in food or beverage technology or equivalent.
- Experience in product development within the food/beverage industry.
- Proven leadership and talent development abilities.
- Global mindset with adaptability in a dynamic market.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and mentor a product development team with a strong customer focus.
- Promote talent development and sustainable capability building.
- Establish coaching culture and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Design and implement change processes in a dynamic market.
- Embed agile ways of working and modern leadership models.
- Ensure high engagement and performance in product development.
- Develop strategies to expand customer relations regionally and globally.
