Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in food & beverage or flavor/fragrance industry.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects by engaging with customers to understand needs and collaborate with innovation partners to develop new product concepts and prototypes.
• Lead formulation design, optimization, and scale-up, evaluating novel ingredients and technologies.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers and work with regional sales to hit targets.
• Own technical communication and cross-functional alignment during project execution.
• Oversee daily lab operations in Guangzhou, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Support manager with staff training and training plan execution.
