Archer Daniels Midland Company seeks a Director of Product Costing to lead the global costing strategy and governance for Nutrition. You will establish standards, policies, and operating models to enable accurate financial reporting and operational excellence across roughly 233 manufacturing sites.

This role partners with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive cost optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in product costing, inventory valuation, or related finance disciplines.
• Experience leading large, global teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Expertise in product costing methodologies, accounting standards, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategy and governance for product costing and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain global costing standards, policies, and operating models.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Finance leadership.
• Drive process optimization, performance measurement, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a dispersed team across sites and functions.
