Job summary
Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) seeks a Regional Technology Manager to drive standard methodologies and maximize value from efficient operations across the region. You will lead technology and project engineers, coordinate Wave system tracking, and collaborate with multipleTechnology Centers to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective plant projects.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years in process or project engineering, and strong communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years’ experience with animal feed plant process systems.
- 5+ years in process/project engineering.
- Strong communication and safety awareness.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and efficiency efforts across regional facilities.
- Support capital expenditure planning and Front-End Loading development.
- Track New Development Engineering projects and cost-saving measures.
- Provide financial justification for projects and manage approvals.
- Oversee project reviews and approvals in Maximo and Wave systems.
- Collaborate with Environmental Health, Safety, Quality and Plant Engineering teams.
