Job summary
ADM is seeking a Scientist in Product Development Beverage at our Heidelberg location. You will drive innovative beverage concepts, manage projects from concept to launch, and work with global customers and cross-functional teams to translate insights into market-ready products.
We value strong formulation expertise, materials knowledge, and a proactive, independent work style, with fluency in English and German to collaborate internationally.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition Science or Food Chemistry or equivalent.
- Experience in product development, ideally in beverages.
- Passion for innovation and developing new product concepts.
- Strong understanding of raw materials and their interactions in complex formulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop beverage and nutrition solutions for national and international customers.
- Lead product development projects from concept to market launch.
- Create formulations and optimize taste, functionality and quality.
- Collaborate with international customers and cross-functional teams.
- Lead lab trials, sensory evaluations, and analytics.
- Present progress and results to stakeholders and customers.
- Drive innovation and future-oriented product concepts.
- Ensure projects are executed with the team and aligned with strategy.
