Qualifications

• 5+ years of Change Management experience in large programs.
• Experience with digital transformation and technology implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Prosci, APMG or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Utilities sector experience highly regarded.
