Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead communications and engagement for a major transformation program. The role focuses on enabling staff across faculties and divisions to understand, prepare for, and adopt new ways of working through clear messaging and targeted engagement.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering change management programs in complex transformations.
Experience building and executing communications campaigns and engagement plans.
Excellent writing skills and ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver change communications and engagement strategies aligned with program objectives.
Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops, reference groups and engagement activities.
Create clear, audience-specific communications across multiple channels.
Partner with business leaders and program teams to support readiness and adoption.
Monitor engagement effectiveness and refine activities based on feedback.
