Job summary

Campbelltown City Council is seeking a Change Manager for the Digital Program (OneCouncil) to lead the program's change stream as the Council transforms to a modern enterprise SaaS platform. The role delivers change, communications and training strategies while applying Prosci and ADKAR to drive readiness and adoption.

You will work with executives, program control groups and business leaders, shaping organisational capability and ensuring successful implementation across multiple modules within

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; Prosci certification strongly preferred.
• Substantial experience leading organisational change management on large, multi-year ERP/enterprise system programs; ERP implementation experience valued.
• Practical application of Prosci Methodology and ADKAR for adoption and reinforcement measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program change stream and drive readiness across modules.
• Develop and deliver change, communications and training strategies.
• Measure adoption and change readiness; build organisational capability.
• Influence successful implementation across Council without direct line authority.
• Engage executives, governance groups, vendors and implementation partners.
