Job summary

Campbelltown City Council seeks a Change Manager for the Digital Program (OneCouncil) to oversee the change management stream of a large digital transformation. The role focuses on readiness, adoption and long-term business outcomes across multiple modules of a modern SaaS platform.

You will develop training, communications and stakeholder engagement plans, working with executive sponsors and project teams while applying Prosci change practices to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organisational change on multi-year ERP or enterprise system programs.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change, communications and training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational change management for the OneCouncil Program.
• Develop and deliver change, communication and training strategies across all modules.
• Apply Prosci Methodology and ADKAR framework to drive readiness and adoption.
• Collaborate with executives, sponsors, governance groups and project teams.
