23 Digital in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new Web Design, SEO/SEM and Social Media Marketing engagements with SME and corporate clients. You will work from our St Kilda office, prospecting, presenting proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales process with top strategists.

You are a tenacious hunter with proven digital marketing knowledge, strong communication, and a passion for delivering results with uncapped commissions and clear career

Qualifications

Minimum 12 months experience in Digital Marketing with both face-to-face and over the phone selling.
You're an experienced hunter who knows digital marketing (WEB, SEM, SEO, Display, Social etc.).
Sales is in your DNA.
You're motivated to achieve and grow; eager to exceed targets.
Extensive face-to-face sales experience with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

Use your solution selling skills to convert opportunities into business
Develop effective proposals & presentations for new business opportunities
Manage the handover of new business accounts to clients services team
Increase revenue streams off the agency's existing clients
Drive sales targets
Contribute to the overall direction & growth of the agency
