Comparison Advantage Pty, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Melbourne, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and grow an active client portfolio. You’ll hunt opportunities through cold calling, emails and LinkedIn, while nurturing relationships for long-term success.

The role offers a base salary of around 70k with super and uncapped commission, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You’ll ideally have a proven top-performing sales track record.
• Ability to source opportunities and close deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Consultative approach to growth opportunities.
• Proven B2B sales experience with targets.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Australian work rights or valid visa.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and prospect new opportunities via cold calling and outreach.
• Build referrals and leverage networks.
• Understand client goals and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to forecast onboarding.
• Monitor client performance and suggest improvements.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle warm inbound inquiries and convert to clients.
