Job summary

Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design and deliver enterprise-wide learning, digital capability, and workforce development strategies. You will ensure learning initiatives align with strategic priorities, enhance leadership effectiveness, and boost digital literacy and AI adoption across the group.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience leading Learning and Development, Capability, Organisational Development, or Workforce Development functions.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, organisational development, capability frameworks, and learning technologies.
Experience developing digital learning strategies and leveraging technology to enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise learning and capability strategies aligned to priorities.
Lead development of leadership programs, manager capability, and digital literacy initiatives.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning tools and innovative capability approaches.
Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs and provide strategic advice.
Oversee LMS administration, vendors, and budgets for delivery of programs.
Promote continuous learning, mentoring, coaching, and succession planning.
Monitor program effectiveness and governance, using data to improve outcomes.
