Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking an engaging Learning & Development professional to drive frontline and leadership capability within the Consumer division. You will design, facilitate and evolve learning programs across face-to-face and virtual formats, building feedback loops and using AI tools to uplift customer-driven performance.

We have two full-time opportunities (one permanent, one 12-month contract) ideally based in Melbourne, with hybrid work and a local Head Office attendance rhythm to suit you

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Training and Education is mandatory.
• Coaching accreditation is desirable.
• Proven expertise in high-impact facilitation and tailored learning programs.
• Experience in sales, service or corporate training environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate High-Impact Learning across physical workshops and virtual platforms.
• Champion Workplace Development and promote internal learning platforms.
• Coach & empower leaders to adopt Lead BEN frameworks and improve leadership practices.
• Collaborate with the Customer Workforce Enablement Team to uplift frontline capability and leverage AI tools.
