Job summary

JCDecaux Australia is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to build organisational capability through designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs that empower employees and leaders to achieve our vision.

You will own e-learning content, curate the digital learning library, manage the learning calendar and coordinate events, while partnering with stakeholders to optimise capability across the business in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in design, assessment and facilitation of learning solutions.
• Experience with LMS and content authoring tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the L&D Manager with design of companywide learning programs.
• Own and curate learning content for the digital learning library.
• Design and manage e-learning content as required.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate internal and external learning events and calendars.
