Qualifications

Ter tiary qualifications in learning and development or related discipline.
Experience in learning and development, organisational development and change initiatives.
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Experience developing and evaluating learning solutions across online and face-to-face formats.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and consultation skills.
Experience managing complex projects and diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Design and develop digital learning solutions (eLearning, videos, workshops).
Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to diverse audiences.
Translate policies and system changes into practical learning experiences.
Conduct learning needs analyses and identify priorities with stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and training activities and support change adoption.
Evaluate and continuously improve learning materials for quality and accessibility.
