Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in learning and development and change initiatives.
• Strong expertise in instructional design and educational technologies.
• Proven ability to develop, implement and evaluate learning solutions across online and face-to-face environments.
• Extensive stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning solutions including eLearning modules, videos and workshop content.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to diverse groups.
• Translate policies, frameworks and system changes into clear learning experiences.
• Conduct learning needs analyses with stakeholders to identify priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars and training activities.
• Evaluate and continuously improve learning materials for quality and accessibility.
