Job summary

Carman’s Fine Foods is seeking an experienced Digital & E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of Carman’s digital and eCommerce footprint across D2C and third-party retailers. The role is hands-on with strategic input, focusing on trade performance, customer journey, acquisition, retention, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive growth.

You will report to the Senior Communications Manager, collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Category, and help shape the next phase of Carman’s

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or online growth roles.
• Genuine hands-on experience with Shopify (or a similar platform), paid media, SEO and CRO.
• Experience within FMCG, food, retail or consumer brands highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills – you can read the data and tell us what to do about it.
• Confidence managing agency and platform partners, and working with Brand, Sales, Category and Finance teams.
• Comfortable influencing and building strategy and executing day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own Carman's digital and eCommerce growth strategy across D2C and third-party retail channels.
• Run paid media, SEO and lifecycle marketing that drives quality traffic and conversion.
• Partner with Sales and Category to lift online retail performance across retailer platforms.
• Manage the launch of a potential D2C channel, including end-to-end D2C trading—Shopify, merchandising, pricing, UX and CRO, revenue and retention.
• Keep our website and eCommerce tech stack (Shopify, analytics, CRM) running and evolving.
• Turn performance data into commercial recommendations, not just dashboards.
