Job summary

Spendless Shoes in Gillman is seeking a Digital Coordinator to join our Marketing & Ecommerce team. You will help coordinate engaging digital campaigns across email, CRM, and website content, driving customer engagement, traffic and sales.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing & Ecommerce and collaborate with branding, content, social and ecommerce colleagues to optimise lifecycle communications and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, email marketing or a similar role.
• Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with CRM, email marketing or marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience coordinating digital campaigns and marketing calendars.
• Proficient in analysing campaign performance data.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across key customer channels.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Create, schedule and execute email marketing campaigns and communications.
• Support CRM and customer engagement platform management.
• Build customer segments and targeted communications for engagement.
• Support automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications.
• Coordinate A/B testing and optimise campaign performance.
• Coordinate digital assets and campaign content with Brand and Creative.
• Update website content to support campaigns and communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with CRM, email marketing and digital channel developments.
