Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a digital marketing, ecommerce or marketing coordinator role.
• Strong copywriting in a brand voice.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads and Canva.
• Experience with Justuno or similar sign-up form tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate effectively.
• Ability to spot trends across brands and apply ideas.

Responsibilities

• Email & SMS marketing: brief and manage campaigns, segmentation, scheduling and reviews.
• Sign-up forms: create and optimise forms in Justuno, grow lists around campaigns.
• E-commerce: manage website updates, promotions, and product listings on Shopify.
• Paid advertising: assist with Meta Ads setup, creative, and performance review.
• Graphic design: design Canva assets for banners and landing pages.
• Campaign coordination: execute campaigns from brief to launch and ensure on-time launches.
