Job summary

SilverChef is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to drive customer campaigns across email, SMS, web and social channels in Australia and NZ. You will craft journeys in marketing automation, optimise SEO and support lead generation with sales and dealer partners.

The role involves hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva and AI-powered tools, delivering engaging content and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years' marketing experience, ideally in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
Proven experience creating and managing organic social media content.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital, email and social channels.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web and digital channels.
Build and maintain customer journeys within marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Maintain and grow SilverChef's organic social media presence across Australia and New Zealand.
Contribute to SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Create engaging marketing content and communications across multiple channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coordinate website updates and support broader digital marketing activities.
