Job summary

Mainevent RV Centres Pty Ltd in Townsville is seeking a Service Advisor to be the friendly link between customers and the workshop. You’ll handle bookings for servicing, repairs, insurance quotes and warranty authorisations for caravans.

You’ll work closely with the Service Manager to keep jobs moving smoothly and ensure customers are informed at every step.
