Abbott Diagnostics is seeking a Service Engineer to provide after-sales support, repairs and preventive maintenance for medical laboratory instruments in Melbourne. The role encompasses installations, deinstallations, and reliability improvements, with a focus on proactive service delivery.

The successful candidate will train technicians and customers on device operation, perform root cause analysis, and maintain comprehensive service records while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with electrical instrumentation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of LIS connectivity and laboratory automation is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide after-sales support, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Installs and deinstalls equipment and conducts reliability improvement activities.
• Training technicians and customers on device operation and troubleshooting.
