They are now seeking a motivated Dispatch Coordinators to join their growing team in Kemps Creek, playing a key part in keeping operations running like clockwork. Mon-Friday 6am-2pm (with a flexible start time at 4am when needed).

Your New Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced Dispatch Coordinator role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and working with people. You'll coordinate deliveries, manage schedules, and communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely deliveries
• Monitor and manage transport schedules to meet customer requirements
• Communicate with customers and internal teams/drivers regarding deliveries
• Handle queries, changes, and exceptions efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations

About You

• Previous experience as a Dispatch Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, Scheduler, Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Logistics Coordinator
• Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset
