Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely deliveries.
• Monitor and manage transport schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams/drivers regarding deliveries.
• Handle queries, changes and exceptions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations.
