Randstad is seeking a proactive Dispatch Coordinator for our Kemps Creek site in Sydney. This hands-on, fast-paced role involves coordinating deliveries, managing driver schedules, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Ideal candidates will have experience in dispatch/transport roles, thrive in a busy environment, and contribute to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch/transport roles (e.g., Dispatch Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, Scheduler, Transport Administrator, or Logistics role).
• Ability to coordinate drivers and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with customers, drivers and internal teams.

Join a highly regarded transport and logistics team operating in Kemps Creek Site. Our client is known for efficiency, reliability, and excellent service. This business thrives on collaboration and innovation, ensuring smooth operations every day. They are now seeking a motivated Dispatch Coordinators to join their growing team in Kemps Creek, playing a key part in keeping operations running like clockwork. Mon-Friday 4am-1pm/2pm.

Your New Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced Dispatch Coordinator role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and working with people. You'll coordinate deliveries, manage schedules, and communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely deliveries

About You

• Previous experience as a Dispatch Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, Scheduler, Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Logistics Coordinator
