Job summary

Vertali APAC Pty Ltd seeks an End User Experience (EUX) Analyst to lead deployment and onboarding of end-user technology in a large enterprise. This is a 6-month contract based in Melbourne's western suburbs, on-site only, with likely extensions for the right candidate.

The role requires a IT-related degree or diploma and at least 5 years' experience in enterprise end-user computing, including Windows 10/11, Intune, MECM/SCCM, 365, AD and Entra ID, MDM and endpoint security.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments.
• Experience supporting - Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, MECM/SCCM or equivalent management platforms, Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies, Active Directory, Entra ID, Device imaging and deployment technologies, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Endpoint security controls.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience working with project delivery teams and managed service providers.
• Experience supporting operating system lifecycle management and technology refresh programmes.
• Mandatory certifications include - Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft Security Administrator (SC-300), ITIL 4 Managing Professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment programmes for end-user technology and onboarding of users.
• Ensure secure, reliable and high-performing end-user computing solutions.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Cyber Security, and MSPs to meet standards and customer experience goals.
• Provide hands-on exposure to enterprise technology deployments and user onboarding activities.

End User Experience (EUX) Analyst - Contract

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused End-user Experience (EUX) Analyst to lead the deployment and onboarding of end-user technology within a large enterprise environment. This is initially a 6-month contract engagement, with likely extensions for the right candidate and is based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

The role:

The role acts as a technical subject matter expert for workplace technology, ensuring employees, operational teams and critical functions are supported by secure, reliable and high-performing end-user computing solutions.

The EUX Engineer leads device deployment programmes, workplace technology initiatives, operating system lifecycle management, mobility services and user experience improvements across corporate and operational technology environments. The role works closely with Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Cyber Security, Project Delivery and Managed Service Partners to ensure technology standards, performance and customer experience objectives are achieved.

The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise technology deployments, user onboarding activities and modern workplace technologies.

Key Skills & Experience:
