Candidates should have 2–3 years of Desktop/IT Support experience, familiarity with AD/GPOs, ITIL processes, and basic networking. A bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 7-10 & Office 365.
• Experience with Active Directory & GPOs.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting & installations.
• Basic understanding of networking, servers, and telecom.
• Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
