The role requires strong customer service, solid Windows experience, and willingness to travel between sites. On-site support across multiple client environments offered in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, IT Support or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote desktop support across client sites in South Australia.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues to minimise downtime.
• Liaise with end-users and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and high satisfaction.
