Budget Direct is seeking a Team Leader to guide the Desktop Home Assessing Team based in the Sunshine/Melbourne region. You will oversee virtual assessments, cost validation and end-to-end management of claims, while coaching the team to maintain high standards of scope accuracy.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience in Home Assessing or related building fields. You will drive continuous improvement and contribute to a high-performance claims operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Home Assessing or Building Industry.
• Strong leadership experience with accountable team results.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

• Coach and develop the Desktop Home Assessing Team to ensure high accuracy and consistency.
• Lead cost control initiatives and monitor KPI performance.
