Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide on-site L1/L2 support across desktop, hardware, Microsoft 365, and network environments in Sydney CBD. The role is ideal for a proactive IT professional who can troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will perform device builds, imaging, deployments and hardware swaps, support Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and endpoint management, and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of desktop support or EUC experience.
• Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with imaging, software deployment and device management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and basic networking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in secure customer environments.
• Fast learner and able to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network issues.
• Perform device builds, imaging, deployments, and hardware swaps.
• Support Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and endpoint management.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist with user training and technical guidance.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams on escalations and deployments.
