Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Desktop Engineer for L1/L2 on-site support across desktop, hardware, Microsoft 365, and basic network environments in Sydney CBD.

The role suits a proactive IT professional who can troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and deliver excellent customer service in secure customer environments. Training and growth opportunities are available; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of desktop support or EUC experience.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience with imaging and device deployments.
• Knowledge of AD, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and basic networking.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network issues.
• Perform device builds, imaging, deployments, and hardware swaps.
• Support Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and endpoint management.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist with user training and technical guidance.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams on escalations and deployments.
