Job summary

Brennan is seeking a dynamic Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to deliver on-site and remote 1st‑level IT support in Sydney. The role requires being on-site 85% of the time, with a driver’s license and vehicle for face-to-face client interactions.

You will handle Windows OS, Office 365, and ITIL-aligned processes across a Managed Services team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years IT experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 desktop and end-user support onsite and remotely.
• Resolve issues for service delivery teams and clients.
• Proactively manage client IT environments and assist with problem management.
