Qualifications

• Experience in managing quality building work and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Background in reviewing and determining accurate scopes of work.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Insurance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the damage by reviewing reports and photos and determining damage causation and costs.
• Identify and manage claim risks and prepare contingencies, ensuring site safety.
• Handle complaints and identify vulnerable customers with timely escalation when required.
• Produce detailed damage scope and cost documentation and review against supplier quotes.
• Coordinate repairs with suppliers, aligning with PDS coverage.
