MAYDAY Recruitment Group partners with a leading national insurer to recruit Home Assessors for desktop and on-road inspections in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. You will assess residential property damage, develop scopes of work and repair recommendations, and manage claims through to resolution.

These roles suit experienced assessors, estimators, builders or trades professionals eager to apply technical building knowledge in a customer-focused insurance setting, with hybrid working options

Formación

• Experience in property assessing, building, construction, estimating or a relevant trade.
• Ability to interpret technical reports, scopes of work and building quotes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with good stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residential property damage via desktop tools or on-site inspections.
• Identify cause and extent of damage and determine repair solutions.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates and repair recommendations.
• Review builder and supplier quotes for quality, accuracy and value.
• Manage claims through the assessment process within agreed timeframes.
• Communicate assessment outcomes and provide support to customers throughout the claims journey.
• Ensure claims decisions and repair recommendations meet quality, compliance and service standards.
