Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking Home Assessors in Perth to apply building expertise in a stable Monday-to-Friday role with hybrid flexibility, focusing on residential insurance claims and structured training.

You will assess damage, develop scopes of work and provide cost estimates, using desktop assessments or on-site inspections as needed, while communicating with customers and stakeholders throughout the claims process.

About the Roles

You’ll manage home insurance claims from assessment through to resolution, determining the extent of property damage, appropriate repair methods and associated costs.

Depending on the role, you’ll conduct virtual desktop assessments or attend properties to inspect damage, assess repair requirements and develop scopes of work.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You
