Troocoo Pty in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Desktop Home Assessor to join our growing insurance and claims team. You will assess residential property damage using virtual assessment technology, and prepare accurate damage reports and detailed Scopes of Work.

You will review builder scopes, validate repair costs and negotiate fair outcomes with repairers. The role manages end-to-end claims, maintains regular communication with customers, builders and suppliers, and ensures repairs meet

Qualifikationen

• Experience in building, construction, property repairs or insurance assessing.
• Strong understanding of building damage and repair processes.
• Experience preparing or reviewing Scopes of Work and validating repair costs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• A customer-focused approach with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Confidence using technology and adapting to virtual assessment tools.
• Trade experience is highly regarded; insurance experience advantageous but not essential.
