Qualifications

• Previous administration experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day depot operations.

• Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations.
