Job summary

Lowes Petroleum is seeking an efficient Depot Administrator for the Dubbo depot. You will manage daily administration, support operations, and coordinate fleet movements within the Dubbo region, contributing to a safe, efficient depot environment.

The role requires previous admin experience, strong organisation, and excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule fleet movements across Dubbo and Gulgong region.
• Support day-to-day depot operations.
• Manage inventory control and stock movements.
• Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks.
