Spotlight Retail Group in Whyalla is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach a high‑performing team, manage stock and merchandising, plan campaigns, and uphold Spotlight standards with an owner’s mindset for your department.

The role demands strong leadership, visual merchandising experience, and the ability to work at pace in a busy retail environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
