Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking an experienced retail leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive strong performance in a high-volume department. You will optimise stock, uphold merchandising standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, strong communication and the ability to motivate a team, while managing stock, campaigns and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Time management skills required.
• Visual merchandising experience required.
• Physically capable to work with large volumes of stock.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
