Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations across a high-volume department. You will drive sales growth, manage stock, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong retail leadership experience, excellent time management and merchandising skills, and an hands-on owner’s mindset. IT fluency and first aid readiness are also valued.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred
• Time management skills
• Visual merchandising experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Having an owner's mindset for your department

• A resilient & innovative problem solver
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead by example in all areas
• High volume stock management
• Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
• Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
• Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
