Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a proactive Dept Manager / Team Leader / Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and drive department performance in a high-volume retail environment in Queensland. You will lead operations, ensure stock accuracy, and focus on sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will have strong retail leadership experience, visual merchandising skills, and a hands-on, owner's mindset.
