Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group in Brookvale, NSW, is seeking a capable Department Manager for a busy Warringah Mall store. You will lead a team, drive sales and service, coach staff, and uphold visual standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in retail or hospitality, a passion for people and customer experience, and a hands-on, commercial approach. Weekend or Tue-Sat rosters are common.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader - or someone coming fromhigh-volume hospitality with strong leadership experience - who thrives in a busy environment and loves bringing a team along with them!

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team to delivery strong customer experiences
• Driving sales, service and day-to-day department performance
• Coaching and developing team members
• Supporting visual merchandising and store standards
• Managing a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Helping create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture

About You

• Previous retail leadership experienceor strong leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for people, customer experience and team development
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment where things move quickly
• Strong commercial awareness and a hands-on approach
• Someone who genuinely connects with the brands values and culture
• Flexible and comfortable workingeither a weekend on/off roster or Tuesday-Saturday
