Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group – Sydney Northern Beaches NSW is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand-new store opening at Warringah Mall before Christmas. You will recruit, build a team and set high standards from day one while driving sales and customer experience in a multi-brand retail environment.

The role offers a hands-on leadership position with pre-opening training and a mid-November opening date. salary ranges are provided with room to grow as the store performance scales.

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand-new store opening at Warringah Mall this side of Christmas! This is a great opportunity for a strong retail leader who enjoys building a team, setting the standard and creating a high-performing store from day one.

About the role

• Lead the new Warringah Mall store
• Build and develop a team of part-time and casual team members
• Recruit and create your team ahead of opening
• Drive sales, KPIs and customer experience
• Set the culture and standards from day one
• Work closely with the wider leadership team
• FULL pre-opening training will be provided
