Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group – Brookvale NSW is recruiting a Store Manager to lead a brand-new store opening in October at Waringah Mall. You will be on the shop floor, building a team and setting the store culture from day one.

You'll recruit, coach and develop your team, drive sales to daily targets, maintain visual merchandising and manage stock and operations. This role is open to experienced Store Managers or strong assistants ready to step up.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or 3IC.
• Hands-on leader with strong presence on the shop floor.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop a team.
• Strong customer service and visual merchandising awareness.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an international retailer bringing together sport, streetwear and licensed fashion, with a product range inspired by some of the world’s most recognised sporting teams and cultural icons.

With a brand-new store opening in Waringah Mall this October, they are looking for a Store Manager who can take ownership from day one, build a strong team and create an exciting store environment.

We are open to experienced Store Managers, as well as strong Assistant Managers or 3ICs ready to take their next step.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll lead a small team and take ownership of the store’s daily performance, people and customer experience.

You will:

• Recruit, lead, coach and develop your team
• Build a positive store culture from opening day
• Drive sales and keep the team focused on daily targets
• Create an engaging customer experience
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Manage stock, replenishment and daily operations
• Support rostering, training and team development
• Lead from the shop floor and stay hands-on

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or strong 3IC
• Confidence leading and motivating a small team
• A hands-on approach and strong presence on the shop floor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of stock, VM and daily retail operations
• Energy, personality and the ability to build a great team culture
• Genuine interest in sport, streetwear, sneakers, fashion or pop culture
