Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume big-box store in Seven Hills, NSW. You will manage a team of 10+ people, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires overseeing stock intake, merchandising, roster management, and developing your team through coaching and performance conversations. Strong merchandising and commercial acumen are essential to succeed.

• Previous Store Manager or strong senior leadership experience.
• Big-box and/or high-volume retail experience.
• Strong merchandising experience with ability to merchandise without strict planograms.
• Strong commercial acumen and KPI understanding.

Are you an experienced Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume store environment? We're looking for a strong retail leader to take ownership of a busy big-box store in Seven Hills, leading a team of 10+ and driving both people and commercial performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll need to be comfortable with high stock volumes, quick decision-making, merchandising and managing a busy team.

About the Role

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of 10+
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Maintaining a strong focus on customer experience
• Managing a high-volume stock and goods receiving
• Leading merchandising and ensuring the store is commercially presented
• Making quick decisions and confidently managing competing priorities
• Coaching team members and supporting their development
• Managing performance and having the more difficult conversations where required
• Maintaining strong operational standards in a high-pressure environment

About You

• Previous Store Manager or strong senior leadership experience
• Big-box and/or high-volume retail experience
• Strong merchandising experience - you need to be confident merchandising without relying on strict planograms
• Strong commercial acumen and KPI understanding
• Experience managing significant stock volumes and goods receiving
• A genuine ability to train, coach and develop a large team
• Confidence working under pressure and making fast decisions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to have the hard conversations
• A strong customer and team focus
