Spotlight on the Gold Coast is seeking a dynamic retail leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, stock control, and achieving department KPIs. This role demands high-volume stock handling, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example within a values-based team.

Ideal candidates will have strong retail leadership experience, visual merchandising skills, and a hands-on mindset to manage inventory, campaigns, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and pace.
• Having an owner's mindset for your department.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
