Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a retail leader to support daily operations in a high-volume NSW store. You will drive sales, manage stock, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service across Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe networks.

• Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred
• Time management skills
• Visual merchandising experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
